NUTELLA CHEESE ROLL BUNS

Dough (31/12/2016 ~~ dough & send to冷藏冻眠)
Full cream milk 260g
Bread flour 330g
Super fine flour 45g
Sugar 30g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 3/4 tsp
Butter 30g
Shaping bread dough (2/1/2017 ~~ room temperature for 45mins before shaping)
Total weight : 695g
Divided into 6 small doughs = 115g/pc
Cut into 2 pcs = 57g/pc
Can made 12 pcs doughs
Filling
Nutella & cheddar cheese
1. apply nutella & spread some cheddar cheese on the dough
2. then roll it & cut in to 2 pcs
3. the cutting part facing upwards

Temperature : 190c - 195c for 25 mins
